Pancrepe

This is a delicious, low calorie, gluten-free breakfast option that will give you a good protein boost. It more closely resembles a crepe and with a little swirl of raw agave nectar on top and some fresh fruit, it tastes like a true indulgence:
Pancrepe
1 whole egg
1/4 c. liquid eggwhites (I love organic, cage-free)
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. raw sugar or my favorite option, 1/2 packet of Raw Stevia sweetener
Whisk everything together in bowl then pour into a pan over medium-high heat. Flippancrepe over when batter is firm on one side. Cook fully and slide onto your plate for a delicious 193 calorie breakfast. Top it with fruit and a drizzle of raw agave nectar. I like to fold the pancrepe over half a banana sliced and a tablespoon of walnuts. Yummy!
